Lucy's Noodle House came highly recommended by both friends and reviewers, so I persuaded a group of friends to eat there during a recent visit. I chose the house specialty - the Abalone noodles. Mallacoota has many abalone divers based in the town and it...More

Lucy's is a gem - I ate there three nights in a row during my brief stay in Mallacoota. Delicious veggie dumplings, veggie noodles and veggie fried rice ( I'm veggie). The food was fresh and delicious. It's busy so the waiting times were variable,...More

I have forty years hospitality experience and this was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Leave your five star service longings at the door, find a seat, get your cutlery, pour yourself a water and sit and enjoy the organised chaos with...More

Don't expect flash decor or table service and you'll be right. Homemade noodles, dumplings were sensational. The whitebait also excellent. Best Asian food between here and Melbourne.

We had an excellent rainbow beef dish and Singapore noodles from Lucy's last night. We both commented how tasty both dishes were. Having lived in Hong Kong for many years we had given up on eating Chinese food in Australia (very westernised even in China...More

Lucy is not exactly a warm and friendly host, but the young man there was helpful and friendly (her son?). Not a fancy place, but those dumplings were very good. Ask for the chili paste and chinese vinegar to go with them
