Stopped here for morning tea on the weekend. Didn't have great expectations but was thoroughly surprised. The coffee and smoothie we ordered were delicious. And the home made muffin was equally yummy. Service was friendly and quick.

Called in here for morning tea on our drive south along the Great Alpine Road. Only a small place but does have outdoor seating enclosed by netting due to the large number of wasps that inhabit this area. We had Devonshire tea each which came with two lovely big and fresh scones and tea in a pot. $24.60 for the... More

It was late in the day when we stumbled on this picturesque little town. The ice creamery was shutting for the day but we were still made to feel welcome and were able to purchase some ice creams. If there is a next time I will spend more time here.

No trip to Harrietville is complete without a visit to this very friendly shop. They not only sell ice creams but great coffee and egg and bacon baguettes we look forward to each year on our annual pilgrimage.

A magical moment when we headed for the outside seating area and heard gentle live music. Food was original and plentiful and homemade ice cream to die for. We are going back for breakfast !

Always a must drop in whenever in Harrietville for either a scoop or two of the home made ice creamscones or the fabulous coffees. Have never tried the cafe food, do can't comment. Owners are very friendly. Ample outdoor seating.

A popular place for cyclists and motorbike riders alike, the coffee is great and the scones are enormous. All baked goods are made on sight. Thanks to Emma for the morning smile!

Enjoyed REALLY great coffee( double shot cap & double shot flat white), fresh juice and breakfast. Bought pies after kind suggestion to pack them in ice for the drive home. Take away Belgium chocolate cake was the best that we have every tasted. Very friendly and helpful service by the owner. Only negative was that the mosaic tables in the... More

Early mornings coffee with the always cheerful Emma who makes you feel like a local and that she has known you for years. The definite choice in Harrretville.

This unassuming little cafe sits at the foothills of Mt Hotham and offers first class coffee, food and service. The proprietor is extremely welcoming and friendly - we love going there.
