Servers and food were excellent. Very authentic food, not spicy or over the top greasy. Plenty of leftovers to bring home. Highly recommend this place for a very enjoyable meal.

Walked in, were seated immediately, chips & salsa served in a flash. Drinks were ordered & received swiftly. The delicious meal was served hot & in what appeared to be small portions, but in the end, it was the perfect amount of food. A dessert...made up of some tasty fried wedge crunchy treat with whip cream & hot chocolate was served to our surprise and it was fantastic! (We really enjoyed our first trip here and it will not be our last!)More

We've been looking for a new Mexican place. May have found it on the first try. El Charrito on E AJ Hwy across from Big Lots. Less than a mile from where we live. Very low key place. Would no more feel the need to...get gussied up to go here than I would to go get a Whopper at Burger King. Large menu selection. Nice, clean with fast, friendly service and the food was great and reasonably priced.More

We were in town visiting friends & they suggested this place. The "salsa" with chips as starter tasted like tomato sauce. I requested their hot salsa & it was very good. We mixed the 2 together to make a tasty medium salsa. The meal was...hot & fast. Everything was going ok till my husband but down on something hard. After he spit it out & sifted, he found a small black rock! We called the server over to inform him. He took my husbands meal off our bill, but needless to say the meal was ruined. I would recommend trying a different restaurant in town after this experience.More

In short, North Americanized Mexican. Salsa was tomato sauce with a dash of Tabasco. The chicken relleno was a pile of chicken in cheese sauce over a canned poblano; the same chicken was used in some red sauce for the burrito. Edible, but unimaginative. Best...head out to Cumberland Avenue for the good stuff. Service was pleasant and quick.More

Great food, had great service even for a large group. The location is near town and quick turnaround for lunch break.

Talked to a couple locals, I was told this place was the best Mexican food. I've actually ate here twice because I always give a place the benefit of the doubt and realize cooks have bad days. Service was good. Very friendly staff. Cold beer....The food came out hot. Genorous portions, but when some of its beans and rice it should be. Food was just okay taste wise. If your hungry give it a try you'll get filled up.More

We heard this place had great food so we decided to come. My husband and I ordered fajitas mixed combo. I must say it was delish! But our waitress was anything but good. Had to ask for everything even napkins. Which she didn't bring till...we were ready to leave. We have been there twice. Same experience both times. Great food poor service. I would say go for the food but don't be in a hurry if you go. They move slowly!More

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Morristown. The people are always friendly and the food is always very good. They have a very limited beer selection, so it is not where you want to go to get a margarita or a microbeer.

This is not the fanciest restaurant but the food and service makes up for it. The food is always fresh and served quickly. Staff is always polite.
