Really nice place to stop in for a cup of coffee. Good soup and sandwich also. Located in the middle of Morristown.

The Java garden always has excellent espresso drinks and friendly service. Prices are not too high for this type of restaurant and the food is 8/10. JG will keep you coming back!

Food is eclectic and good. Wait staff congenial. But they sure could use better exhaust system so you don't come out smelling like a grease pit.

Thanks for the honest assessment Mike, and bear with us for just a while longer because we're working on a new much more powerful exhaust fan already! I've done preliminary quotes on the mechanical side and have already lined up an installer to do the work. Everybody says we have the hip relaxed vibe going on, but now we're looking... More

Java Garden has great food, atmosphere, deserts, and coffee. Cool down town location makes for the only place in town with a bigger city feel. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Don't believe insipid reviews probably made by their competition. This place is great.

Seeing the positive reviews we decided to give this place a try. If this is as good as it gets with the reviewers then they need to up their standards. Dingy atmosphere indoor dining, dirty floor, inattentive wait staff, tables that weren't bussed, had to search for a clean table. Decided to sit outside on the patio, more dirty tables.... More

If you like a variety of coffees, fun servers and a place that's not a chain, you'll like Java Garden. They serve a good breakfast, varied lunch choices ranging from salads to specialty sandwiches and entrees. There's indoor and garden seating, a walkup window and places to sit and relax with a book if you're not in a hurry. It's... More

I often call and order breakfast on my way to work and they never fail to have my order ready. Biscuits or Biscuits and Sausage or a morning BLT are just the thing.

What a great place to eat! They also have great coffee and craft type drinks . Small & quaint. Ate outside under arbor with the vines just blooming beautifully.

Every time I stop in, whether just for coffee or lunch it's always delicious. Employees always make you feel like you are a regular, even if you're not quite a regular. The outdoor eating garden is perfect for when my little 4-legged buddies are with me and I want lunch but don't want to eat in the truck.

Closed on Sunday or I am sure the lattes would be fantastic 7 days a week! Moving from a city with a local glut of coffee shops that are not national chains, it was sad for us to realize that there is only one non-chain coffee house in business in all of Morristown. The good news is...they are so great,... More
