Even though it is very commercialised the quality of the bakery food and coffee is still extremely high. The staff are very efficient and usually very friendly. Definately worth a drive

Firstly, the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Secondly, the food is amazing! We had a Ned Kelly pie and it was seriously the best pie we've ever had. The lady who served us was so nice and more than happy to help with recommendations and so we ended up walking out with a tray of things instead of... More

Today was a first. Shockingly dismal Anzac bickies. It was an insult to even try to eat that bland tasteless "eminently famed" thing. Inclined to say something, seems as everything else i ever have is divine!

It is the busiest bakery/shop in town for all the right reasons. We have been to the Beechworth Bakery a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. Everything is fresh because of the huge turnover. Even though there were a couple of queues each time, you are soon served and you can sit down and enjoy your... More

It's really just a bakery with tables but the wide variety baked goods are wonderful and it's great to get out of the cold for a warm morning tea or pie.

Average bakery. overpriced ....iced donut $ 2.80 Sausage rolls were filled with something other than sausage meat, it was runny and very salty. Pie was average too! Nothing special. There is strange queuing system also which did not work as people were just going in another area. We nearly walked out and now wish we had...there are plenty of other... More

This place was buzzing at lunch time when we visited for a quick lunch. Good service and delicious hot pies with plenty of sauce. We wished we had room to try some of the cakes etc on display, but we could see lots of people who were enjoying them.

I enjoyed the several cups of coffee at the Bakery and, of course, the cakes which accompanied each cup of coffee were totally delicious! I would also recommend the Ned Kelly pie.

A classic case of getting too big and mass-produced. Long wait in a queue, lax service, grubby tables and floors and very expensive. In serious need of updating and lots of TLC.

It's here, in Beechworth, that our bakery and our traditions began. Steeped in history as this town - and this region - is, it's a great place to live, work and visit.

Making the most of two historic buildings sitting side by side right in the centre of town, the original Beechworth Bakery was established in 1984. Since then the bakery has carried on the original vision and passion for customer service and quality product, which runs through the foundation of all our bakeries.

We hope you enjoy your visit to Beechworth, and warmly invite you to our bakery - your home away from home.
