We have been to this restaurant many times over the last few years and it never fails to deliver. Well, not always. Although the authentic Thai cuisine is absolutely delicious it constantly lets itself down on two very basic issues. One, coffee. Their very elaborate coffee machine sits idle...always. Over more than 5 years, the standard reply to our hopeful... More

We frequently eat at Eastern Bay Thai and usually order the Chu Chi Trout and rice. Always delicious. I love that when you are after a certain dish and its consistently good. Eastern Bay always has a sweet, polite team of people that are just all too happy to ensure your meal is enjoyed

If you want a very nice and inexpensive dinner, avoid Doyle's and go here. Good sized servings of good quality food. Very friendly and efficient staff, a great welcoming feel. We came away very satisfied and eager to return.

Took the family - children and adults for dinner during the holidays. The service was good and the food was good as usual. We have fussy eaters and everyone was satisfied with their food. The choice of note was the deep fried snapper and also the mee grob.

The menu was extensive and made the most of its seaside location. The staff were lovely and very eager to please. The food could have been a little more spicy, but if you're staying local, it's a nice night out.

There are many great Thai food restaurants around the 'Rose Bay to Watsons Bay' area but our very favourite is Eastern Bay Thai. We have been visiting for years, either to eat in or to take away. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always make us feel welcome. When eating in, BYO is available and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant.... More

A lovely little local Thai. Around the corner from Gap Park, it serves delicious thai meals with friendly service in a charming old building. Perfect for visitors and locals.

This is a good solid Thai Restaurant almost at the end of the road [Old South head Road] at Watson's bay which still has a village atmosphere. It is just far enough aay from the ferries to not be impacted by the hoards of visitors daily

Worth giving them a call to check, as when we visited on Saturday 6th December they were closed for lunch... Not fair to review it negatively as we didn't get to eat there, but might be worth a phone call if you're making a special trip.
