This is a good, solid Indian restaurant that is obviously a favourite take-away option in Manly. The service is good, the food was lovely and good value. There are no views to speak of, so if you're visiting Manly and want somewhere with a view of the water, then this won't tick your boxes. But if you're craving a curry... More

Food was excellent, service was good. I visited Ashiana after having a few beers with friends in Manly and was very happy with my curry. Best Indian meal I have had whilst travelling!

Now that was a surprise. Fantastic Indian. Close to saying the best Indian I have every had. Place is a bit dated but added to the authentic feel. Service was excellent and price very reasonable. $88 for 3 meals, rice and 2 naan breads. One was chilli and spinach naan which was great. We even had them put the remaining... More

If you are tired of pizza, burgers and general pub grub I can recommend the Ashiana in Manly; from the outside it does not look the most inviting, but the food is authentic Indian, and does not disappoint. Food is fresh and spicy, service is great, overall if you like Indian food you will be pleased you took my advice.

Went to this restaurant with my partner on a recent trip to Manly. We're vegan/vegetarian so Indian is often a good standby & with the dearth of vegan/vegetarian (open at night) in Manly this looked to be a good reasonably priced option. Right we were! Had the mixed vegetarian option as an entree, ok but nothing fantastic. Pundi Chana (chickpeas... More

A spur of the moment decision led me and a work colleague to this delightful restaurant in Manly. Very good food - my Rogan Josh was very tasty and tender enough to cut with a fork. I will return here. Only complaint - either the air-conditioning was broken or not switched on. It was very hard to enjoy a nice... More

First impressions-very dated, basic interior. However, service was very good and we were soon seated and order taken. Started with some tasty samosas and then chosen curries served with Kashmiri rice which was very also tasty. Everything including garlic naan bread and drinks came to just $80. Enjoyable meal -don't let dated interior put you off.

Stopped in for a quick dinner, but was totally disappointed. The food was bland, even the pompadoms were a disappointment. Skip this one and look for something better.
