Meal with business colleagues

First time eating here, great location although difficult to park. Waiter suggested to park in the pub car park if we couldn't find anywhere else. Lovely small restaurant, staff very good and loved the menu on a chalk board. Food was excellent and serviced promptly, even though there was 11 of us... read more

Went midweek for the two course menu which is not particularly cheap, starter consisted of 3 slices of tasteless tomato and cheese. Main course small rump steak which was okay. Pepper sauce was very good though. Overall had the feeling that they were giving the cheapest possible options for the menu, unfortunately you cannot request other steaks or anything from... More

The title says it all really. We attended on a Thursday evening. It was quiet with only stable of six who were finishing their main course. The wine came quickly. No issues. The waiter then brought the menu board but due to receiving a phone call he took half an hour to return. He was apologetic and seemed sincere. Delay... More

A liitle gem in Barry. Been here a few times and always had a fantastic evening. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The menu is small but excellent- I couldn't decide as it all looked amazing! All fresh and no fuss, just as a good Italian restaurant should be. The olives, the wine, the cheese..... all good. Thank you.

We just love this restaurant- the service and food are brilliant and I can't understand how anyone could complain. The vegetarian options are great and they will make you any combination to make sure you are happy. Can't wait for our next visit 😀

We came here as a party of 9 to celebrate my husband's birthday, but wish we hadn't bothered. On arrival, we were seated and given a drinks menu. We ordered our drinks but then had to wait an hour for the food menu. We ordered our food, then the waiter came back and said there was no lamb left, so... More

I cannot recommend this place more. Everything is fabulous, food, staff, ambience. A real hidden gem, although it is now getting the recognition it deserves!

Prices were good, service attentive, children very welcome, food tasty and well cooked. Also left my coat in restaurant and staff were able to return it to me even though restaurant was closed on the... More

I have eaten here three or four times. My last visit costs somewhere in the region of 18.50 for a two course meal. I was disappointed in the garlic mushroom starter, but my partner ate a nice goats cheese starter, that was delicious. Our mains were a Penne al Arrabiata and a Linguine with Prawns. Both tasty. Other than the... More
