This has to be one of my favourite places to indulge in a 'once in a trip' Welsh breakfast. The lava bread, cockles and bacon are simply sumptuous and the surroundings, calm, un-rushed and incredibly friendly. Be patient if it's busy because everything is cooked fresh and to order. No re-heat Bain Marie bacon and sausages here. Indulge yourself, we... More

We always love the breakfasts at this little cafe in Trefin. The staff and friendly and welcoming, the cafe clean and the breakfasts are beautifully cooked and excellent! They do nice-sounding lunches and afternoon tea too - still to try - and even make up packed lunches for your picnic! Highly recommended. Book a table at peak times!

We've visited for the past 3 years and it remains the best cafe for excellent and reasonably priced food. Always fresh always delights and good service. Plus dog friendly.

We both ordered jacket potatoes and coffee. The service was great, and the food was very tasty, hot with loads of topping. We sat outside as the weather was kind, we looked around the inside of the cafe and found loads of local artist on display. We bought a lovely painting for our house.

We had afternoon tea with great scones and wlsh cakes. Ordered a packed lunch for pickup the next day for the trip home. Sandwiches were very fresh and tasty. Can also recommend this if you are on a hiking trip on the Pembrokeshire Coast trail.

We were camping in Prendegast campsite Trefin and stopped here for breakfast on the day we were going home. Great Welsh breakfast with laverbread and cockles bacon black pudding sausage and egg only downside was the cockles which were out of a jar and were a bit vinegary. All in all though a good breakfast

Our family of six adults and two children decided to treat ourselves to a proper breakfast on the last day of our holiday in Trefin. The various breakfasts were all delicious and remarkably low-priced.

This small cafe serves good breakfast dishes and light lunches; my pancakes with maple syrup and bacon were delicious. If the weather is kind there is a seating area outside, but also plenty of seats inside.

Visited twice this week. First time was for a mid morning coffee and cake - good variety of both. We sat inside which has some lovely artwork for sale. Dogs welcome. On the second occasion we sat outside and had a tasty lunch. Very friendly efficient staff. Service very good and flexible on menu options. Good spot to get refreshed... More
