From booking to paying the bill the attention to detail is flawless, staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm a coeliac and they didn't hesitate to show me what was suitable on the menu and reassured me all the way through the meal. Make sure you book as they were very busy even for midweek, the prices are above average... More

All those great TripAdvisor reviews were spot on. I'm so pleased we had booked in advance. The welcome was lovely and friendly. The menu interesting. We can vouch for the smoked salmon, fish cakes and beef strip starters followed by the Welsh lamb. All "historic" as Michael Winner used to say. Good wine list. Most of all it was great... More

Read many reviews and thought we should go to check for ourselves. I could have chosen almost everything off the menu, it all sounded nice. Hake fillets were fab, pork also. The service was excellent and I like the fact that a jug of water is automatically provided. If you have not been yet - book and visit. Comes highly... More

Had a gorgeous evening meal here on the last day of our 2 week holiday in the area - only disappointed we didn't discover it earlier. All staff were welcoming & attentive. Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere about it. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and what dishes my "gluten free" husband could eat without having to goand check.... More

We are locals and have been meaning to go to Cwtch for a long time, but it has been closed when we have walked past on the off-chance or fully booked on other evenings. I finally got a table for hubby's birthday. From first arrival we were so impressed with the actual restaurant and the service. It felt like a... More

We enjoyed a delicious meal last weekend at Cwtch, especially the coeliac member of our party, who was delighted to discover that almost the whole menu was available, with minimal adjustment. She was particularly impressed with the gf bread rolls served, saying they were the best she had tasted. The food was all delicious, and the staff were very tolerant... More

Oh what a treat. You have to book-unsurprisingly. Locally-sourced food cooked to perfection. Interesting and unusual combos (terrine with all kinds of good stuff and piccalilli on the side). Great find in this beautiful mini-City. Don't miss out if you know what's good for you. One of those places that you dream of heading back to.

We tried to get in here a few nights earlier in our stay in St Davids but found the place was booked up. We got organised and booked for the early evening menu. On arrival, we were courteously greeted and our coats taken from us. Service was very swift and informal but formal also in the right quantity. We chose... More

Thank you so much for such a lovely review and feedback and so pleased you had such a perfect evening with us. Adrian’s piccalilli certainly beats any you can buy and... More
