How fortuitous to have Saturday lunch at Sosban the same day a glowing review of dinner at this culinary treasure appears in the Telegraph (google it! it's a great review!). We confess to being those locals mentioned in the Telegraph review who absolutely adore Sosban,...More

i was taken for a treat to Sosban and it absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. The chef is an absolute wizard of cookery and I was amazed by the artistry to a level of a Michelin restaurant, without the price tag! tHe chef's wife...More

I've been waiting months to get in here and I have to say it was well worth the wait! I'm a slightly fussy eater but came here with an open mind, we told Bethan (co-owner and front of house) not to tell us what each...More

We were very lucky to be amongst the first to try out a new lunchtime menu. Stunning use of the best seasonal and local ingredients. The meals demonstrated a spectacular amount of skill (especially the rhubarb and custard dessert encased in an incredibly delicate sugar...More

Outstanding food. The best food in North Wales if not further. Far superior food than the nearest Michelin restaurants. Waitrose Food Guide has unfairly marked low at 4 for the cooking. Should be a couple of marks higher. Service was delightful. Found chairs a bit...More

Excellent food and wine. We will be going again soon as it's on our doorstep; and since discovering Sosban we no longer need to travel to Manchester or Chester for wonderful food.

Surely worthy of a Michelin star in the very near future - exceptional cooking. Brilliantly cooked, exciting food.

We had excellent and unusual food, obviously prepared with considerable care, and served with style and panache.

Lovely food, owner staff very friendly will go again soon most likely in the spring. We hope to take some friends when they come to visit Anglesey.

Although there were elements of the set menu that I enjoyed, the lamb dish was undercooked with no question as to how we might like the meat prepared. I found this rather arrogant and quite irritating. While I can accept that the chef may have...More

I think this is due to the fact that they plan for 16 covers over an evening and they don't take anymore thus disappointing prospective customers. I am not sure that they have a waiting list.

Hi I think they are now taking bookings for Jan 2018 and as its a tasting menu, so no choices, when we there 5 of the nine courses were fish or meat.
