Got a reservation Friday night the same night as the Wales game, so was reasnably quiet as a result. Although quietish still had a good ambience, not packed in. Food was superb, whitebait sublime, best ever had. Plouhmans platter superb as was the wine. Wife's,...More

We cam here after the Puffin Island tour. The staff was friendly and welcoming and very helpful. They have a good range of craft beers and real ales on tap, and an interesting menu with a mix of contemporary twists on traditional fare. The food...More

What a great find !! The hotel is old, reassuringly so, the rooms are very comfortable, the shower great, the bed fantastic and they have towels that actually dry you. Breakfast was good although a little pricey. Will return soon

Had a lovely room in the town house. Comfortable bed and large bathroom, was on the main road but was very quiet. Breakfast was extremely good. We eat in the bistro at night which was also good. The staff are all friendly and polite.

This hotel is very over rated. The room was small, door to court yard would not open, no hair drying in the room. Service on the disk was poor. Would not recommend this hotel.

Friendly young staff. The food was nice on the whole. Very good beef, but gravy lacked flavor. Starters and puddings fine.

Yes, we welcome dogs in specific bedrooms in the Bull but not the Townhouse. In the public areas of the hotel dogs are only allowed in the bar. If you wish any further clarification please do not hesitate to ring us. Thank... More
