Probably the best fish & chips we've ever had. Amazing light batter, super tasty fish and great chips. What a treat! Thank you.

Having read previous reviews I made sure I was at the door at 5pm and even then there were a dozen people in front of me but I didn't have to wait long for my delicious portion of cod and chips. Beautiful crispy batter and well cooked chips eaten on the front overlooking the beach - perfect.

Always try the fish and chips when I'm in the area, food is always great, staff tend to talk to each other which slows the serving down!. Other than that, great food.

It was ten minutes to five p.m. and we notices a queue for this restaurant. We decided to wait and there was a good reason for this queue. The fish and chips were really good, not greasy at all. I noticed that locals take it with vinegar, which I didn't dare trying.

The fryer (owner?) was a pleasant chap who took your order and was in full control of the fryer, knowing what was going on. He discussed with me about his... More

A very good fish & chip shop, be prepared for queues though, as this one has a good reputation, & sometimes there is even a line of people waiting before it opens. Nice friendly staff.

But at the end of the shop is the cafe. The students serving here are lovely and the fish and chips excellent.Wonderful thin crisp batter on the fish.

Very helpful guy behind the counter when asked about the mini fish and if enough for kids with a big appetite. He indicated he'd put a nice sized one in for us. Second time we've been to this chippy and it is worth the visit. Speaks volumes that people queue out the door for this place. Always a bonus when... More

Gorgeous fish and chips. Make sure you arrive early as it gets very busy here, as it is one of the only fish and chip shops nearby.
