This is a very popular chip shop, close to the town centre. However, during the busy season it can be a long wait and long queue. I waited almost 2 hours in the queue. Definitely worth it though. Fish and chips were outstanding and the service is great with friendly, welcoming staff. There is a cafe option too if you... More

This is a popular fish and chip shop which is busy in the summer with tasty fish and chips. The portions are good with a sit down facility as well as a take away. Unfortunately the chippy closes in the winter.

We bought fish and chips for a family of four and ate them on the jetty but there is a cafe if you would prefer. The fish was beautifully cooked and possibly the lightest batter I have ever tasted. If I'm ever in Criccieth again, I will definitely go back.

This is the best fish and chip shop I have ever used, and I have been to quote a few and life near Whitby where fish and chips dominate the diet.

We used the 2016 Daily Post competition for the best fish and chip shop in North Wales as an inspiration for days out. We previously tried all ten contenders for the 2015 award. We waited until having tried the four new contenders for 2016 award before posting any reviews. We had an enjoyable walk along the seafront with the intention... More

Nothing better than fish and chips at the seaside. Sit down area tucked away at the back with about six tables. Must be a nightmare wait in the summer as they were queuing out the door when we visited. Well worth it.
