Have been to abersoch many times but this is the first time we've got to go to the very popular Coconut kitchen. It did not disappoint. The meal was lovely, great wine and you can buy their sauces and marinades. Highly recommended

Pleasant welcome to a full Restaurant on a Monday evening at 2030. Tables a little close, but it is a quite small.Excellent menu choice and good choice of bottled beers and a reasonably priced wine list. Food was extremely tasty and well presented. An enjoyable evening.

Visited with family for birthday celebrations. The service was good (although the waitress brought us the wrong drinks order, but she realised and apologised for her error later in the evening). Some of the starters were very disappointing, I had scallops but couldn't taste them because of the overpowering flavours. 2 out of the 3 ribs starters were nothing but... More

I celebrated my 30th birthday with coconut kitchen and I've got to say it is hands down the best Thai restaurant I've been to. The food is delicious and authentic! Our group enjoyed a wide selection of meals from the menu which were of an extremely high standard.Service was excellent and relaxed. Prices are what you would expect for well presented and superbly cooked Thai food. The restaurant is small and quirky. Reservations are absolutely vital. Highly recommended. We will return !!

Table booked for 7:30 and very lucky to get a table by all accounts. Great service, fantastic food and the wine wasn't bad either. The food was original and packed with flavor. I'll be back:)))

Description
The Coconut Kitchen, located in the village of Abersoch in Wales, is renowned for its fresh, aromatic Thai cuisine. The dining room at The Coconut Kitchen - decorated with Oriental lamps and dark wooden furniture overlooks the harbour and has a warm, intimate vibe perfect for cosy dining, and the restaurant is a popular place for dates, nights out with friends and dinner parties. We love the innovative menu, and popular dishes include the char-grilled coriander sirloin steak with a garlic and chilli sauce served with stir-fried greens and sweet potato crisps; the King Prawn Panang Curry cooked in a creamy red curry sauce with lime leaves and Thai sweet basil; and the delicious lemongrass and ginger crme brulee.
