Expected alot considering it is a farm restaurant, the meat looked and tasted cheap and processed. I also noticed on the way out that the food hygiene rating is 3/5.

You can sit in outside terrace with umbrellas and heating where there is dog clip areas and dog water bowls

The meat in Rhug Estate is not halal,but Rhug Estate does some halal meat for deliveries to Dubai and other Middle East countries:)

The Bison Grill Bistro produces all its meals from scratch using Rhug Organic's own award winning meat and was recently named the "Best on Farm Restaurant" in the UK by the FARMA organisation.
