Been overcharged at this place more than once. Latest was the outdoor patio that charged twice the going rate for the drinks which were half the price elsewhere in the street. So ask the price before you buy anything here or just go elsewhere ,...More

Had an afternoon of great music on the patio and dinner in the restaurant later, followed by more music outside. The food is average, over-priced and the service surly - our waitress didn't hide her contempt for our moderate tip for having to fetch our...More

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Memphis that happened to be located on Beale street which is a much for any visit to Memphis. Their food has a creole flair. I’ve always loved everything I’ve had there. I usually get a pasta Alfredo...More

Spacious with friendly staff. Ate Cajun Chicken Pasta and house special Jumbo Shrimp wrapped in smoked Bacon. All great. Place not as noisy as some on Beale Street as no live music inside restaurant.

While visiting Memphis and Beale Street we decided to eat at the King’s Palace. Good choice. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed their meals a great deal. And I must say their Gumbo was fantastic. Better than New Orleans. Friendly staff and wonderful food.

Every place along Beale Street is associated with some kind of music. This is not the most elaborate but very typical. I had a Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee which was an introduction to the cajun/creole cooking we would experience on our vacation. Lots of new...More

There are two bits to this place. The bar and the outdoor area just up the road. We popped in to the bar, enticed by the range of beer fonts. There's plenty of choice and a helpful lass behind the bar to advise. We called...More

The outside doesn’t look like much, but the inside was quite nice. It isn’t noisy. We split the Masterpiece for two: A combination of BBQ ribs, Grilled chicken skewers, etouffe, gumbo, crab cake, voodoo potatoes, and cole slaw. It was a lot of food. The...More

Its.southern style food. Don't recall gluten or low sodium items. Suggest eating somewhere else if you have dietary concerns.
