We ate at the corkys right off 40. Dallas was our bartender. We got the combo plate ribs memphis muddy style and pulled pork. The BBQ was stellar but what blew me away was the BBQ beans. Holy moly. Spicy and flavorful. Not sure if...More

I'd heard lots of raves about Corky's, so maybe I'm holding them to an impossible standard. But for me, Corky's doesn't quite measure up as a BBQ Mecca. I ordered the recommended Loaded Potato: a Jumbo Baked Potato loaded with pulled chicken and topped with...More

Excellent place to eat, I just felt like everything was a little overpriced for the portions and quality. Great experience still!

Pulled pork was good. Smokey legs were solid. Coleslaw comes on the pulled pork. It's a Memphis thing and the right thing in my opinion. Beans are really good. Ribs were a little dry.

For the second year in a row, Corky's has come through with a phenomenal experience for my 7th graders in their field trip from Louisiana to Memphis. The food is awesome and the service is great!

Visited this site two times in three days and even had it catered at an event. Absolutely terrific! Great place to meet up with cousins.

With all the franchise location, only the original lives up to its reputation of serving good BBQ. It's easy to find the original due to the full parking lot and people waiting.

It gets shipped overnight in a styrofoam box with dry ice. Everything comes frozen, but thaws and heats up nicely.

Their main focus is Barbeque. Pork is not gluten-free nor is the bread or the slaw or the baked beans. mac & cheese, French fries, etc. etc. Do not believe they have anything that would fall into the gluten-free category... More
