The food here was very good, perhaps a bit heavy handed on the salt for my taste. Everything was of excellent quality, and the service was brisk yet friendly. The coconut cake was especially delicious.

We were headed to Raifords to meet friends after a wedding and popped in to McEwens to grab a quick bite. The drinks were good and the apps were good. Will go back for dinner.

Really not impressed here, and would not go again. The starter was poor, and the main course was OK, but that's all.

McEwen’s was a great choice to take clients when downtown Memphis. I had the snapper special which was served piping hot with a cream sauce. My clients raved about their steaks. The servers were friendly and attentive. The building reminded us of old Memphis.
