Came by on a summer Monday morning at 9:30. Got a table right away for our party of two as it was not that crowded. Overall good experience but food did take awhile to come out. Had the sweet potato pancakes which were delicious. Very...More

Had a great lunch at The Arcade. Loved the atmosphere and the history of the building and business! Almost ordered the fried peanut butter and banana sandwich but wasn’t brave enough

Went on Saturday morning. Had to wait 30-40 minutes but great neighborhood to walk around in. The Lorraine Hotel was a 2 minute walk and a very sobering visit. Our table ordered 5 omelettes and everyone raved about them. Got to visit the "Elvis" booth...More

The food was very good. The wait was long, but we were a big group and there were other big groups and it was during the breakfast rush. We had a very good waitress. Just allow enough time if you are in a big group.

My husband and I ate here for lunch during our visit to Memphis. After reading the reviews I was fairly certain that our experience would be more about the history of the building than anything...and I was right. We arrived around 11:30 AM and were...More

Be prepared for slow service. Food is above average, but not great. The main claim to fame is being the oldest cafe in Memphis. Biscuits are good, gravy doesn't have much taste, and the coffee tastes like hot water. Hash browns are tasty and the...More

There's a fair number of items that are dairy free, and they were happy to accommodate my dairy allergy by omitting the cheese! Enjoy!

Parking is on the street. It's not a high traffic area. I've never had to walk far.

As I recall the prices were on the moderate side. Probably under $10 each for a breakfast.
