Great fun. For this month's culinary adventure, all six family members, including one child chose DWJ to explore Korean food more thoroughly. On arrival, we were quickly seated at a table that was partitioned off from the rest of the restaurant, making it feel very private. Our waiter was perfect - getting drinks quickly and making suggestions, including what NOT... More

The name is a little deceiving. I lived in South Korea for 6 years. The only thing that is not authentic about this place are the prices. It's a bit pricey but if you like Korean food it's as real as you're gonna get in the South.

My friends and I had a Japanese "at-the-end-of-the-year party" at this restaurant. We ordered world famous Galbi (beef), thinly-sliced pork, and a seafood Korean pancake (for an appetizer). The seafood pancake was divine, especially with the house sauce that came with it. It really enhanced the taste of the seafood and even flour, and the pancake by itself also tastes... More

having been dinning at this setting for years. their Korean BBQ was the best in town and one of the best among those I had had in other cities. The restaurant atmosphere wasn't fancy, service was so so (used to be much better), and price wasn't cheap. but still, a very good place for Korean BBQ.

We stopped for dinner at DWJ and our son was disappointed the sushi bar was closed. However, we ordered dinner, and I wasn't very hungry, so I chose the pancake. Wow, it was great! I like them crispy, and this was actually a little black around the edges. It tasted wonderful. My wife and son enjoyed their soups very much,... More

On the road for a few days, I start to miss Korean food. Being married to a wonderful Korean lady who is an incredible cook for over 20 years makes Korean food my comfort food. The hot spicy pork was good, but nor great. Their sauce was a bit sweet, and coated the pork kind of thick. The heat was... More

My family often eats at DWJ for lunch when we go to Costco. We have not eaten there for dinner, but find the beef bulgogi great for lunch. The bulgogi is a form of tender fruit juice marinated beef (pork, chicken, and spicy versions are available). It is sweet, tender, and tastes great. Even my children love it. The service... More
