Spent a very pleasant evening here had good dinner and great company. Mein host, Derek, just exactly kind of landlord you like to meet : very friendly, welcoming and obviously loves what he does and, so, does it superbly!

We have visited this establishment twice for lunch in the last two years and both times the food has been of an excellent standard. Staff extremely competent and friendly and you can also take your dog.

Visited this pub for dinner with my wife. The staff were very welcoming. The food was excellent. In particular the lasagne was 10/10 as was the steamed haddock. The sweets too were first rate. Overall a first class pub meal.
