Consistently high standards - food and service is always 1st class. Walk in the door, the owners acknowledge you and have the right glass for our preferred tipple. You don’t get that at our main watering hole.
Very disappointed after hearing good reviews. The macaroni was swimming in a liquid that was certainly not a sauce. If you can't even make a simple dish such as macaroni cheese then there's not much hope.
Not the first, nor the second or third time we've enjoyed an excellent dinner at this cosy establishment. Wide selection of meals listed on a blackboard by the bar - go for the breaded fish & chips ! Very quick and cheerful service.
