Jesus Christ all mighty... I think he works here... Cause only the man himself is capable of producing what was served to myself. As can be seen in the title, i think the tea was created in another time dimension still to be discovered by humans, it was a taste sensation , unfortunately i have no tounge now due to... More

Second time in a week visiting this cafe. First time good to sit outside in the sun. Huge scone looked good but was as dry as a bone. Tea tasted as if out of an urn and not piping hot. Teapots leaked everywhere. However staff member spoke to us was friendly and attentive so made up for shortcomings. We went... More

I have been a regular here for sometime, now. I have had breakfast, lunch, coffee and the home baking, all of which are excellent. I have always found the service polite and friendly.

This was the first time that I had some tea in this restaurant. I found the experience enjoyable and relaxing and would recommend it to any one who happens to be passing bye.

Had a great pasta dish for my lunch with Plenty of chicken in lovely creamy pesto sauce and my husband had really good soup and Panini. The cake display was a really good choice and service was good, even though it was very busy. Will be back!

We stopped in for a quick bite before starting our hike on the John Muir Way. My husband and I each had a soup and sandwich combo. He chose tomato lentil while I enjoyed potato leak. We both selected the ham sandwich on white bread. While the sandwich was simple, it was perfect for dunking in flavorful, piping hot soup.... More

Dropped in for a quick cup of coffee and was surprised by the ample size of the cup. Tempted to have a scone and this was nicely served and very enjoyable. Had a look at the rest of the menu which is extensive for such a small(ish) place and all reasonably priced. Next time I'm in Helensburgh I'll be going... More

We needed to eat while waiting for a transport link and decided to try this cafe. It was quite busy but we managed to find a table and place our order. Lentil soup and a ham toastie for one and a cheese and onion toastie for the other. We also ordered coffees and these were served before the food. All... More

Really poor staff, walked out after sitting for at least 10minutes surrounded by tables with dirty cups and plates. We were looked at, no expression , from behind the counter by a female and male member of the staff but no reaction. Another customer approached and asked if it was actually table service and was told to take a seat... More
