Booked a table for two after a day at the football in Dumbarton. The welcome was warm and the food was very hot and fresh. Pepper burger for me (highly recommended) and a lovely looking fish and chips for my wife's uncle. Two starters were great too and the cost was very reasonable. We would happily eat here again and... We used the Drymen inn for a take away as we were staying a short distance out of town, the selection although small, was well produced and absolutely delicious.

Ate hear twice during a four night stay in Drymen. Good food, pleasant staff and good atmosphere. Would highly recommend, the homemade soup and salmon salad were excellent.

We happened to come to Drymen as part of a treasure hunt. The village is charming and we were spoilt for choice of where to eat lunch. We chose the Inn as it was a lovely day and we had a choice of seating: inside, beer garden or conservatory. We opted for the conservatory to enjoy the sunshine while we... More

Had lunch here today, as it was a nice day we went out into the beer garden. The food didn't take long, despite the fact there were a lot of tourists in. When my food was delivered the waiter announced "cheeseburger", no I said beefburger I don't eat cheese,(I did order beefburger). I was told it was no problem as... More

Five of us had a super meal last Friday evening. Good service and great food. The garlic prawns and potato skins were the best starters. Perfectly cooked steak stole the show with the main courses. Hearty portions left no space for pudding. There was a good buzz in the bar area.
