Meeting up with relations we visited Drymen and decided to have Lunch at the Clachan. We were greeted and directed to a table quickly and a drinks order taken. Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted something very plain, like a Toasted sandwich, but...More

While this may be a pub, the food is excellent. The Twisted Thistle was a great beer and the food that followed quite tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Arrived in Drymen at lunch, it was recommended that we eat there. The food was excellent and the service was very good. Prices were very reasonable.

This inn has a very happening pub side and a rather quiet, charming restaurant side. Food and service on the restaurant side was excellent with one exception. We order two Twisted Thistles and both of us thought the second beer was not the same as...More

Love this small, local pub which boasts about being the oldest, licensed, pub in Scotland! The fish and chips are the best I have ever had! The staff is friendly and love to tell the history of the pub. The building still has some of...More

Visited twice in a week on Loch Lomond. Lovely food- sea food salad - wonderful. Welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly - which was a bonus for our 2 labradoodles. Recommended

We only wanted a light lunch and the soup we had was very good as was the service. The sweets looked good as was the overall menu for such a small inn.

A cosy traditional scottish inn which is full of history and has a wide selection of home cooked food. The home made chips are particularly tasty . Serving a fine selection of wines and cask ale that change all the time. Friendly staff will greet you on arrival and dogs are welcome in the bar area.
