We nearly missed this gem and we headed to Oban. At Taynuilt don't forget to turn into the town. The friendly reception and excellent food made our day! Not to mention the coffee! Will not pass by again without stopping off here.

This is a lovely small tearoom offering homemade soups, sandwiches and cakes. The toasted sandwichs are made with fair sized slices of bread giving a very heart lunch. The homemade scones with jam and clotted cream are a must (especially if they are treacle). Well...More

Stopped here on the way home from Oban.Typical wee old Fashioned friendly tearoom in this lovely wee village! most people travelling through so it was busy.Try The Scones They were Brilliant.Worth taking half an hour out of your day for.Would stop again if passing through
