I attended a wedding at this venue and I was disappointed in the attention to detail. The entrance to the outer building where the reception was held had cobwebs all over it and was quite dirty. The room itself was decorated nicely and the meal was nice but the hotel could do with a freshen up to really reach its... More

The Kaim Park has been tucked away in this leafy little corner of Bathgate for a long time - a lifetime really. Used to go there to the discos in the eighties!! Yes I know....showing my age. Old enough now not to care about that. So revisiting my youth today was fun. Fond memories of Bathgate. I know it's not... More

Firstly had our drinks order taken by the receptionist as they were short staffed, she couldn't wait to tell us they had... More

Didnt try the resturant until breakfast basic limited buffet but ok for all that only met two members of staff receptionist bright and... More

Went here today for lunch. There was a large family table in and maybe three other tables in. Before I went today I went on to the website to check the menu. On there it states 2 courses for £7.95 and 3 courses for £9.95 with a ok selection. There is also a a la carte menu with a variety... More

We arrived at around 9 pm there was a huge argument between a woman and a member of staff, glasses being smashed, we felt very unsafe, the police were called. a member of staff apologised and informed us that the hotel is being used for DHSS homeless, he offered us a fee drink, we were shown to our room, it...
