Even though you need to get to the Bar via a Scottish "weak' road, it is well worth the trip. Bar is casual, diners are friendly, and food is great! Although the menu changes daily and is written on a chalk board, we would recommend...More

Authentic bar in beautiful location. The seafood was excellent. Just need more tasty veggie options on the menu!

We really enjoyed a great bar meal in this humming place! Lucky to get a table in the busy bar, but we just waited 10 mins and we're well looked after. Good menu, real food and lively atmosphere . With tables outside overlooking the wonderous...More

We were very lucky to have this great bar and restaurant just round the corner from where we were staying. It's a great meeting place full of tourists from all over the world who were happy to chat and share experiences. The food in the...More

The hotel has multiple eating options and this review is for the pub. The pub is quite compact and has the traditional pub atmosphere. The bar menu isn't extensive, but you can get a hearty meal. We had the venison burger and fish & chips....More

Visit here on the recommendation of a local which says a lot. Food is standard bar/pub food done exceedingly well. Both the fish and chips and the venison burgers were excellent. Location is stunning too. The best place to eat in Sleat.

This cosy little pub was walking distance from our B&B and we had a great dinner there. The bar is tiny with a roaring fire, perfect for a cold, damp day. The outside seating would be great in summer. My husband had the langoustines and...More

Good choice of bar meals on chalkboard menu; reasonable choice of beers and superb choice of whiskies. Very limited space and as it is popular normally very crowded. So noise levels are very high. Service very efficient and friendly. But why, oh why, do they...More

Food served in the bar (which had a welcoming log fire) was disappointing.( some batter was uncooked and the fish did not seem fresh). It was over priced and did not represent good value for money.

The employees, the guest and the pub are very scotish. Very nice place to meet new people and have a good, rustic dinner.

We offer a wide range of fresh and local food and drinks. Be it fresh (local) salads, venison, whiskies to fresh local seafood, landed on the pier right by the hotel. A dog friendly pub adjacent to the main hotel, open fire, lively locals (with plenty local knowledge of the area), superb local whiskies and some fantastic music nights!......Oh and the views are spectacular from outside! What is there to complain about? :)

Absolutely nothing, with the exception of perhaps not always being able to get a table because you are too popular.

A cosy, wood panelled, well stocked bar with an open log fire to sample a few of our large selection of malt whiskies beside. Enjoy fresh, local produce and seafood landed at our own pier served all day, with the option of enjoying wonderful views on a nice day from our outside seating.
