We go to the Am Praban bar for mussels every time we're on Skye. Our latest visit in June 2017 didn't disappoint... in fact we've never been disappointed on any visit. My wife and I both had mussels and chips - the portions are huge,...More

This is a great locals pub, very friendly, serving Skye Bewery beer. We ate lunch and dinner there and th food was consistently good. The daily seafood specials are must haves.

Even though you need to get to the Bar via a Scottish "weak' road, it is well worth the trip. Bar is casual, diners are friendly, and food is great! Although the menu changes daily and is written on a chalk board, we would recommend...More

Visit here on the recommendation of a local which says a lot. Food is standard bar/pub food done exceedingly well. Both the fish and chips and the venison burgers were excellent. Location is stunning too. The best place to eat in Sleat.

Absolutely nothing, with the exception of perhaps not always being able to get a table because you are too popular.
