Foothills Milling Company is the best restaurant in town for that special celebration. The food is always excellent, and the service can't be beat. You will need reservations, so plan ahead.

Celebrating 3 girls with birthday the same week. Had good meals and a great time! My friend was quite happy with her stuffed meatloaf. I had a seafood on special. It was good, but turned out not to be my favorite.

My opinion is that Foothills Milling Company is, consistently, the best fine dining restaurant in the Knoxville area. Over several occasions their food has never failed to impress me and my dining partners. Regardless of where your dining proclivities may lean, FMC's daily menu will deliver delightful gratification. Over the years I have been particularly inspired by what their chef... More

Excellent food and service. My only complaint it that they are always packed. Hard to get a table but, that is because they are just that good.

Surprised by this superb restaurant that was a little off the beaten Knoxville center, but very well worth a visit for some special fine dining, good new concoction cocktails, desserts and food choices that would please a vegetarian, meat eater, pescaterian, and salad eater. We ordered okra salad, horseradish grouper, duck in a cherry reduction sauce, salmon on a potato pancake,... More

We had our 30th anniversary supper here after looking over the list of restaurants in Maryville. We weren't sure exactly what to expect, but wow! We arrived earlier than our reservation time, but the host was very accommodating and got us seated quickly. Our server arrived quickly, with suggestions, answers and the perfect amount of attention. The food was absolutely... More
