Never ate at Gracie's before , but we were looking for something different and decided t try it out. Excellent decision ! Good , fresh food, and as close to home cooking as I've seen locally. They also have a " give back " program where beans, fried potatoes, cornbread $5 but you can pay more an anything you pay... More

When you want southern comfort food Gracie's is the place to go! The food is everything comfort food should be, warm, filling and satisfying! The country fried steak was awesome! We also had fried okra, fried green tomatoes and mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. My mom had chicken and dumplings and this was also fantastic! The waitress was... More

This is a medium size restaurant with tables and booths that the locals go to for good home cooked food. My husband ordered pinto bean soup w/ham (it comes in three sizes), cornbread, fried potatoes w/onions and a glass of buttermilk. I ordered meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy and green beans w/onions. Everything was good and the price was very... More

Grace's is the place we go when we want home cooking, comfort food. It is a comfortable atmosphere, good, fresh food, and a nice wait staff. They are community conscious. They support the local schools and have a program for those that are hungry, but can't pay.

Ate breakfast here after not finding any good breakfast restaurants in Townsend. Off the beaten path but well worth the drive to find it. Appears to be very popular with the locals. Ordered basic eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, pancakes, etc. Food was good with no complaints. Was impressed with their "Share a Meal" effort. Basically, a means to offer a... More

We've only ever eaten breakfast at Gracie's. The food is always hot, fast and cooked to order. The restaurant is small and not anything fancy as far as the decor goes. Service is usually decent too even when they've been busy.

If you are looking for a great home cooked meal this is the place. It's not a chain and has a homey feel and the staff makes you feel welcome. Co workers of mine often meet here for breakfast before we start our shift.

Gracie's always has great food and service, no matter when you go or what you order. We usually eat at Gracie's several times a month.

I was told Gracie's had great food. I'm not sure they know what great food is. When we ordered they were out of everything, the waitress came back 3 times saying they were out of whatever it was. The waitress was rude and kept complaining how she never works mornings and how she hates it. Needless to say I wasn't... More
