Donut Palace has the BEST donuts we've ever tasted. This place is a must stop on your travel itinerary. 10 minutes or less from the Knoxville Airport.
Our church group buys at least one dozen per week. The Donut Palace is a bit of a long drive from the Forest Hill Baptist Church area but our Tuesday morning prayer group loves them. Excellent donuts and excellent service.
We stopped in because we couldn’t find a Krispy Kreme close by, however I’m so glad we did! The people were extremely kind and personable! We were even offered fresh apple fritters (that we had watched come out of the fryer) and we couldn’t turn...them down! Great food and even better service! Definitely would stop here more often if we lived here!More
Stopped by with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and four grandchildren ages 4-10. These donuts and fritters are freshly made on premises. They were very patient with the children and the apple fritter was the best I've ever had.
The coffee and donuts are very good. Always fresh. I sometimes have a hard time understanding the waitress but she works hard to be understood. A nice place. Clean.
This girl does an excellent job at running this shop. they always have my favourite, and they are always fresh, not much more to say except i wish i had one right now.
There has been a change in bakers over the last year. The apple fritters were my favorite (even though they are a little lacking in apple filling). The last 2 times we went, it was in the afternoon. Both times, the apple fritters had an...after taste of oil. Maybe the fritters would taste better if purchased in the morning. This doughnut shop has good business and I hope they continue to have good business.More
I think that lost its great flavor is not the same is sad because I loved to eat it orden two different things was bad
This place has the best donuts and pastries around. We got there just as the glazed croissants were put out. Still warm and melted in our mouths. Chocolate iced long johns with Bavarian cream, apple fritters, chocolate iced cake donuts..... everything is great. Very friendly...staff. You can drive through or go inside and order. Oh my gosh. This place is trouble! The donuts are SO delicious. The people are kind and attentive even at 6:30am! Even the man in the back said hello. AND the woman who checked me out threw in some donut holes! Donuts were warm...omg so...good. I didn't try their breakfast but if it's anything like their donuts, I'm sure it's good. I couldn't take a picture fast enough.More
The place is small and not many choices but it was very good and the lady working was super nice. Hopefully they will add a bigger selection.
The donuts are great but the Apple Fritter is amazing! They offer some ‘savory’ options too (as opposed to sweet), such as sausage biscuits and Bacon-Egg-Cheese Croissants. But are only ‘Fair’. Not sure if they are frozen or pre-packaged. However, it is nice to have...the option for folks that want a mix of sweet and not-so-sweet. And they have a drive-thru for when you just don’t wanna get out of the car (said by a mama likely in her pajama bottoms with a baby in the car seat).More
Donuts were great. Fair price. Not busy. Friendly people. Granddaughters absolutely loved the donuts.
These are my favorite doughnuts in Maryville. Great place to stop and pick up breakfast for work. I really like the blueberry cake. They also have a drive thru.
