My wife and I often walk through Troon and more recently have taken to stopping off here for coffee or the good selection of teas on offer. Nice selection of cakes and scones with a decent looking light lunch menu available also. Good deals for over 60s for lunches, so that might explain how it can get busy. Staff friendly... More

Unless you want overcooked and not properly scrambled eggs, don't order them. We revisited this establishment today having previously enjoyed our visit. Food was definitely below any reasonable expectation, it shouldn't be beyond anyone in a kitchen to make scaled eggs. Service was ok, but never asked if everything was ok and a distinct lack of interest in the waiting... More

Have given this establishment too many chances. Each time I have left feeling ripped off and irritated. The staff act as though they are doing you a great favour. The food quality is poor and I have never had such a poor excuse for lentil soup in my life, it was tasteless, watery and lacking in substance. The children's menu... More

Meeting friends for lunch? lots of eating places to choose in Troon - why not give Blueberry's a try. Good menu choice, fab selection of coffees & homemade cakes all served by cheerful & knowledgeable young waitresses who couldn't do enough for you. They were polite & had time to serve everyone quickly & efficiently even though the place was... More

Have been to this lovely tearoom twice now, you can leave you bike next to the seating area outside. Service is really nice, staff lovely, food is really well cooked and the coffee is great, I like mine black . Its nice to sit and watch the world go by.

I have visited this cafe a number of times today was just awful . I got the impression we were disturbing a group of teenagers who just wanted to chat in the kitchen . The noise coming from there with their laughter and high screeching was intolerable . Don't get me wrong I'm all for happy staff but not when... More

Was ok, nothing special but very expensive for what you get! Ordered a panini that was supposed to came with salad and crisps. Got both but the amount of crisps was shocking, 6 tiny ones, they were either running out or are very stingy! Finished them while waiting for cutlery. I don't think I'd go back. Service was ok friendly... More

We were in Troon on the bank holiday and on the South beach all day so, when confronted by the queues for the loos, we decided to head for a café for tea and a cake and the loo of course. A quick search on Tripadvisor pointed us at the nearest couple so we opted for Blueberrys. Luckily there were... More

Had coffee and scone here today. Coffee too bitter, scone not particulary fresh. Went to pay bill and assistants busy chatting in kitchen. Had to go round the counter and ask them for the bill. They saw me but were too busy chatting and on phones. Went to the ladies which is a disgrace. No hand towels or drier. Toilet... More
