The fish n chips here are to die for - We often go for a treat and enjoy every mouthful ---so good in fact that all other fish n chip shops pale into insignificance - simply the best

Fish and chips fantastic but if you are vegetarian then go for the tempura ! Lightly battered and tasty . Take your own salt and soya sauce

I called in here due to the high ratings that have been given and was not disappointed. The order was taken and the food freshly cooked. One portion of chips between two is more than enough and everything tasted nice. One complaint which is really minor is the cost of the drinks, £1.30 for a can seems over the top.... More

Revised menu board, new bench outside and no one inside. A first ever. It was a bit blustery but never been the only person here. Service was efficient and friendly with smiles which you don't always get when it's mobbed. The main event. Lobster cocktail, scampi, tempura prawns and a wee side of onion rings. The Lobster was tasty although... More

found this place after 3 previous attempts, don't know why anyone can give this place an excellent score. the chips would appear to have been reheated in oil that was not warm enough. The haddock was good but again batter not that crispy. Will not be going back.

It wasn't too busy when we got there and luckily got a seat. There are about six stools with a wee ledge to sit at. We ordered 3 canned... More

Undoubtedly one of the best fish and chips shops around. It can be busy and slow but when you want your food cooked to order along with lots of others, then it's not surprising that it can take time! The menu lets you know that you're not in just any chippie. A wide variety of fish from haddock to lobster,... More

Went here with my family after a nice walk on the beach. We were pleasantly surprised when we stumbled upon this great little chippy. Lovely fresh fish fried to perfection! Highly recommended!
