Been here twice before on a previous holiday about 6 years ago.The weather wasn't great for hill walking so decided to pop here for lunch. It is a beautiful drive if you get the weather and the pub is in a lovely spot. The ale was nice but was a little disappointed with the food. The seafood itself was nice enough but accompanied... A warm welcome, as ever, good beer, lovely food plus the wonderful views make this a great place to visit. This visit there was a local wedding with lots of kilts, plus a contingent of motorbikers arrived to liven things up.

Spent a night at the Applecross Inn this November after driving from Fort William and over the Bealach na Bá (pass of the castle, which was amazing, even in horrible weather!). As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by multiple staff and were made to feel right at home. We were shown to our room which was well decorated... More

Visited here on a little trip around the applecross peninsula. So so pleased we popped in here- the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was incredible. Extensive menu where everything looks tempting! We had the prawn tails and lobster salad, with sticky toffee pudding to finish- absolutely delicious, would highly recommend!

A weekend away in Applecross, staying at the Inn. It was freezing cold outside but the Inn was warm and welcoming. Lovely bedroom with stunning views over the bay. Fabulous supper menu, huge selection of seafood, meat, chicken and other options. The langoustines were amazing, so too was the cheese board. The lamb was also very tasty. Good proper portions.... My husband and I had an amazing lunch at the Applecross Inn. Starter: Langoustines to share. Then I had the fish pie and my husband had the monkfish posh fish and chips. Very plentiful and delicious. Definitely recommend dropping in :))

We always visit the Applecross Inn when in the highlands and as usual, the food on this visit was to their usual high standard. Haddock and Chips (the usual) with homemade tartare sauce - delicious. And this time, I went for the sticky toffee pudding and wow, was that good. The only advice I would offer is to plan a... More
