We got caught up in the jostling to get sight of the door and during the mele it became obvious that some sort of pre-order of around... More

A disappointing visit, the place looked to be presented well and showed good promise on appearance however the food was not good enough for the cost and was just pre prepared food heated up to order, bad pub grub at best.

Had a decent pot of tea and bacon and egg roll, even though they'd officially stopped serving breakfast. Staff were friendly, service prompt and there was a nice garden to sit in at the back of the building. Good value and worth a stop in since it's just opposite the main car park.

We visited this establishment in July on a day trip to Inverness district. What a mistake. We ordered 2 lattes, 1 cappachino and 1 tea along with 3 scones. The coffee was lukewarm but the tea was ok. When we cut into the scones they were not cooked properly and when I asked to have the scones heated the person... More

I haven't been yet, however, I'm looking forward to having the opportunity the next time I'm in Fort Augustus. This new owners has two other food and drinks outlets and from my experience serve the finest of Scottish Fare in both. Congratulations to the new owners, I'm on my way.
