We dropped in for lunch on a beautifully sunny day so the views out over Holy Island were just fantastic. Roaring fire and good atmosphere. Surprisingly busy with people arriving like us at 1.30. Rob had a small fish plate which was plenty big enough for lunch - fish cake, mackerel pate, cold and hot smoked salmon with salad, oatcakes... More

Ask Euan about his gin collection and you'll be there all day. Happy times. He also has a wide range of local beers on draft and also bottled beers. They also have a great menu, specially seafood and meats

We had dinner in the Drift with friends and as usual the food, service and staff were all great but whilst being happy to pay good money for good quality I feel it's a little too pricey, keep up the good work Drift Inn but don't spoil things by being greedy.

Watched a Scotland rugby match here and stayed for dinner. Great food, service and atmosphere. The menu and specials offer a wide choice and there was a good choice of wine.

Went in for a meal. Could not be dragged from the lovely fire and the comfortable seats. The meal was good and well priced.. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

The Drift Inn goes out of its' way to cater for those with dietary requirements and can usually supply gf free solutions to their specials board. It is number one on the island for allergy/intolerance sufferers. If you don't have special dietary needs then just sample some of their excellent fayre anyway, you'll not be disappointed.

Had an absolutely brilliant meal when last visited Arran. Food was superb, service was terrific, and did not hurt the pocket. Big pot of muscle's to share was excellent!

Good, mainly local, food. Nice big windows looking out to Holy Island - nice touch to have binoculars on the window-sill to help you look at the view.
