There was live music on as we passed and that was enough to pull us in for a drink. It was a nice homely place with a good atmosphere. Food was being served and the place was pretty busy which was good.

If you are looking for a lovely casual eatery then this is your place. The food is wonderful and the staff extremely helpful. The also put on live music when we were having our meal and it was delightful! Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

This place is always busy, but we were lucky! They serve a lot gluten-free meals and believe me or not... the fish and chips are always without gluten 👍🏻 good meals for a good price. The music and atmosphere is very nice and the staff...More

Previously known and established as Fiddlers' by Arran local Dónal Boyle, Crofters’ has developed into a vibrant and friendly bistro which showcases the talent of local musicians and provides a platform for world class visiting artists from all over Scotland and internationally. Freshly cooked meals served everyday day with daily specials utilising local products where possible, vegan and gluten free options available. So whether it’s coffee and a cake, lunch, a beverage or an evening meal to listen to the music; the passionate and welcoming staff are here to help. A small bistro with only 40 seats means that tables are in high demand - especially throughout the summer months. You’d be best to book a table to avoid disappointment!
