We had the early bird dinner menu- 2 or 3 courses from a choice of 4 starters, 4 mains and 4 desserts. I had trout with med veg - perfect portion size and then sticky toffee pudding with ice cream - a lovely individual pudding which was tastey but wasn't too rich (often a problem with sticky toffee desserts!!).

As a man in the industry and a visitor from abroad: I was allowed a private tour of the kitchens to taste some of the delectable creations. I must say, that I was absolutely overwhelmed with what was on offer. There are few times I am struck speechless, but tasting tonights delicacies was one. If you are on Arran, i very... More

Ate here 2 nights at the beginning of July. A busy restaurant with a good range of food on the menu and good service. Probably the best place to eat in Brodick.

I've been going to the Brodick Bar since the mid 1990s and the food is still the same! Yes, it is chaotic at times, but that is because it is popular, people love the standard of food, and, really, what could be worse than an empty restaurant? We had a lovely meal, knew what to expect and got it, and... More

The debacle started on friday night, there were 5 in my party and went to the Brodick bar hoping for a bite to eat but we were frantically ushered out by a manager/maniac exclaiming "we are full". We went to Achanranie and had a delightful meal with great service. While there we called and booked a table at the Brodick... More

It's not the cheapest but the food is delicious and the service was great. Plus it's just steps from the B&B after a long days walking.

Came around 8pm, didn't expect to be that busy. Well. The restaurant was full of not more. We've been told either to wait 30minutes or to eat at the bar. So we went at the bar. No deception at all as we could order the menu of the restaurant and the bar wasn't as full so less noise. The barkeeper... More

It's not the easiest place to find I guess if you're not a local, tucked away as it is up a side street at the other end of the main street opposite the Post Office, but well worth the trek. Popped in for lunch and wasn't disappointed with the food. They have a decent menu with loads of choice. I... More
