Had lunch the other day here. Food is quite good but do feel it is time to change the menu on the blackboard as it seems to have had the same items on it for years! Also £2.00 for a small glass of lemonade is taking the p.

Food and drink are like everywhere else on Arran, pricey. The food was well presented although a bit too rich for my tastes, wouldn't hurry back

When you look at the outside you are underthe impression that it is old fashion and for Locals...Were we surprised, the inside is very smart the staff a very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Yes the menu is written on a board but it is a big board and the choices are very good almost wanted everything on it. I had... More

Did not eat in the restaurant though it appeared to be busy most nights. The bar is bright and clean ...the toilets spotless.... and the staff friendly. The drink prices are excessive but seems everywhere in Arran is the same so expect City plus prices. The bar does not open on Sundays and has restricted afternoon hours.

Had some cider, whisky and an amazing lamb curry, its my first meal over on Arran - prices seem reasonable (especially as my boss is covering costs).

Good quality service. A choice of products. Tasty food specially the mussels mariniere. Nice place to spend a great moment with some friends or the love of your life. Moreover the owner is really friendly.

If you want to stand in front of a blackboard to chose your food , as they don't have menus then this is the place for you , food was mediocre . I could list several things that is wrong with this place , but it stressed me out so much , I won't bother , I would rather eat... More

Came here for a family meal. The food was delicious, the service was very good. There is a huge choice of food. Can't fault it. I will definitely come back the next time I'm on Arran.

We have been in this restuarant many times and never been dissapointed. The food is lovely and well presented. I feel it is a little overpriced for what you get. I had haddock and asked if I could have mash instead of chips and was told no which I found a bit strange as it was on the menu. The... More

Eat here every time we visit Arran and it never disappoints! The menu on the wall gives incredible choice. The table menu is more restricted but still has plenty to choose from. The service is quick and friendly but the food delights! The 'early bird' evening meal is great value for £20 for three courses! Good food and great value!
