The restaurant appeared below par on cleanliness. The bathroom had no paper towels, it was dirty, with black smudges all over the toilet handle, light switch, etc... I ordered the chicken with cashews and fried rice. Nothing had flavor! Even with 2 packets of soy...sauce it had no taste at all! Haven't found a decent chinese restaurant from Lynchburg to Murfreesboro yet!More

We love this place! The food is always great and the service is always fast and friendly! We have tried other chinese restaurants but none even come close to this one. I would definitely recommend this place!

Typical storefront Asian restaurant with all the usual choices. The food was good, prepared quickly. The staff were very friendly. The only choice late except for Subway next door .

Xing Dynasty in Lynchburg is a welcome surprise! We were staying at Lynchburg Country Inn for the Jack Daniels tour and this place is right next door. From the looks of it you'd pass it by. Yet, if you are staying in Lynchburg you learn...that there is a dearth of restaurants and except for Barrelhouse BBQ - which is awesome, BTW - there's no place to eat past 8 pm. (Barrellhouse closes at 8). And we had eaten there the night before. We didn't feel like driving the 15-20 minutes to Tullahoma so took a chance. What a delight it was! Fresh cooked to order- even fried rice and egg roll! Carry out is the way to go as atmosphere is zero. Yet the staff is friendly and even provided plates and an extra bowl for soup so we could enjoy in our motel room next door. We ordered the Hot & sour soup, an egg roll & dinner portion of Chicken w/ cashew nuts which we asked her to spice up for us. They specialize in Szechuan cooking. It was awesome! All steaming hot as I watched her take it out of the wok and package for our carry out! They do a pretty steady take out business as they are the only game in town after dark so we waited 20 min. For the fried rice. But hey, we were watching TV in our motel room so who cares! It was worth the wait! If we wanted white rice it would have only been 10 min. The thing here is it is fresh and you can watch them cook your meal to order. Like I said we asked her to spice ours up a bit from the traditional and it was on the mark! Don't be fooled by the outside. It's just like the old adage says: You can't tell a book by its cover! And we split a dinner order, gave our 2 dogs some fried rice and still had left overs! The bill was $12 & change! A deal and good, tasty food in a burg not known for its food but infamous for its whiskey!More

We thought the food was great! We had the General Tso Chicken and Singapore Chow Mei Fun and pork fried rice. Just the right amount of spice and the rice was excellent. They have a lunch buffet (which is not very big) but no dinner...buffet. The prices are very reasonable.More

Their food was good. We had the General Tao Chicken and the Hunan Shrimp. Very generous portions...enough to feed 2 on one plate! Prices as reasonable as any place. Friendly cashier and food was hot and fresh. Only wish the egg roll was more than...cabbage. The fact they are open till 10:30pm (Saturday), made then practically the only food establishment open.More

This was the only place open after 6 pm (the other one was a Subway). So it was our only option for food. Their main business seems to be take away. I ordered chicken Lo mein. This was not good, it was not a small...portion, but without much taste and without much chicken. The other dish we had was chicken nuggets and French fries and they were just eatable. Service is non existant really, they just put your order in front of you in a styrofoam box. All in all it felt very dirty (e.g. napkin holder very sticky). Would not go there again and recommend avoiding the place. They would be long out of business if Lynchburg had alternatives.More

Good location, good pricing, hot and tasty food. This is where u go in Lynchburg for oriental food and take out, as there are not many places here.
