Food was average not overly warm. Waiters were very attentive, although they could change to filter water as the water was not nice.

Visited here last Saturday a for a friend's birthday. Had to go early at 6pm as we did not book in time. However the food, service and the ambience more than made up for the early start. They do a mean espresso martini too! The complimentary bottle of sparkly was a nice touch .

Awful service, food was excellent, the owner walks about looking down his nose at everyone thinks he's better, does not make you feel welcome at all!

After a VERY disappointing night at the Bull and Ram were our cheese board was removed and we were asked could they get the table back, We decided to go to the Primrose were it was not only a very warm welcome but it was also cosy. We spend the rest of our night in comfortable surroundings and great Gin... More

Saturday night and my friends and I were treated to some excellent food. Starters, mains and desserts were top drawer. My steak was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend anyone to try. Everyone in our group had a great meal and were still raving about it the next day. The only down side was a group of people talking loudly... More

We ate here on Friday evening. As on a previous visit, the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and the service is good. There is a great menu - its hard to choose! I had monkfish with a thai sauce on the side and sticky rice. It was excellent. The other 3 all enjoyed their meals too -... More

Girlfriend and myself called in today, Sunday 09 Oct. We were greeted by Kevin, place was very busy but if we would like to wait at the bar we would get a table very soon. Definently worth the wait as the food was great, and we had no problems at all with the service. Well done Kevin and all the... More

We are here with family around tea time, the food was good and the staff friendly and professional, it's worth a visit if you are in the area.

My wife and I visited on Saturday 17th September, for cocktails prior to going to dinner at the Bull & Ram. We arrived around 7.20 and the bar area was already buzzing with guests. The poor restaurant manager was busy meeting, greeting, seating and using the till, with one arm in a sling!! Poor thing! I had a Mojhito and... More
