We have been on a several month journey across Europe, and frankly we did not expect to find the best Indian Food of the trip anywhere in Ireland, let alone in Ballymena. We ate here several times and the value, atmosphere, and service was excellent. We enjoyed our first dinner here so much we came back three days in a... More

Speed of service is remarkable, especially as it is delivered in a considered, unhurried and unobtrusive way. Surprisingly diverse menu, and expert guidance from the senior waiter enabled us to select an exotic combination . . . tasty and attractively presented.

Almost always a very good meal. Only issue is the meat in the butter chicken is shredded or chopped, meaning bones and all. Come on guys chicken breast only!

We tried the £7.95 3 course lunch which is based on a restricted menu of four starters and six of the most popular curry dishes. Starters were superb as usual, homemade and not the bought in supermarket type that so many Indian restaurants have resorted to. For main courses we had chicken dansak and punjabi chicken tikka masala. Lovely flavours... More

I visited The Khayber Restaurant at Galgorm with a few friends this evening. As usual the quality of food and standard of presentation was sublime. I also found the manager and his professional team of waiters offered a wonderful level of customer service. I can highly recommend the succulent chicken Bhunia and the Tandoori Monkfish, white fluffy pieces of fish... More

While the Ballymena restaurant perhaps lacks some of the atmosphere of its bigger brother in Glengormley, the food is definitely on par. Their carry outs are also excellent. Excellent naans.
