Visiting with friends from the north. Had a lovely table in the window and there was a good outside area. Everything was quite dark inside but helped as we were near the window. Food was quite nice, but a lot of it felt froZen like the hake and the fish cakes. Not what I was expecting. Quite tasty but not... More

This is a historic pub with character. A good choice of local beers. I only wanted a snack and settled for sausage and onion bap, which came with a small salad and small quantity of chips. The salad had an interesting mix of vegetables.

We ate here to celebrate my husband and sister in law birthdays, slight problem on arrival with our dinner reservation - which was resolved fairly easily by the manager. The food was good and the children loved the outside space.

Had an enjoyable lunch with my family (4 children) all enjoyed everything. Lovely old pub. Tastefully decorated. We will go back in the holidays. We also go to two of their other four pubs which are just as good. Can't wait to try the other one also. Totally recommend.

I stay at a caravan sight 5 minutes from the Kings Arms Pub. We eat their a lot and have never had a bad meal. They have a regular menu and a specials menu also, no matter what menu you chose from you will not be disappointed. The staff are friendly polite and never rush you through your meal but... More

Camra pub of the year the sign said outside, so thought we'd give it a go. Very good idea it was too. Has a meal off the lunchtime menu. Good size portions, good homemade tucker to boot. Nice few ales on. Cosy atmosphere. We got there just after 12 so wasn't too busy though was filling out as we left.... More

This place has to be one of the best in Wareham, if you can get in. The staff are ready with a smile and a warm welcome and I have never had a bad meal, well done to the chef for making some excellent veggie meals too.

Great pub in the village of Stourborough just outside of Wareham. My mate and I had the steak and ale pie which was exceptional we both agreed, very tasty. The ladies had a roast which smelt great, looked good and they said was very tasty. Good value, nice friendly atmosphere with locals and tourists alike. Food great and Ale was... More
