We visited early last Friday and had a wonderful meal which we could not fault. We had 3 courses and each course was excellent as was the service. Cannot praise this lovely pub/eatery highly enough.

14 of us for lunch were made very welcome. Good varied menu with something to suit everyone. Chicken curry was superb and the fish dishes looked very tempting. Definitely worth going back again.

Without a doubt one of the best pubs. Atmosphere, staff and the food were all excellent. My husband had the steak and mushroom pie and felt it was best he had ever tasted.

Popped in yesterday and even though it was busy the great staff managed to squeeze us in. We all had the delicious roast and the deserts were amazing...especially the sticky toffee pudding and banoffi pie. Will definitely be returning next time we're in the area.
