Discovered this great cafe on our way to Cornwall using the A35. Outdoor tables and very friendly service in a quirky seating area which welcomed dogs. Varied menu - we can particularly recommend the egg mayonnaise sandwiches with doorstep fresh bread and bubble/squeak with fried eggs! Vegan options also available. Even the functional toilets are quirky but clean and easily accessible. Great shop too if you have space 😀

We went for Sunday brunch. You need to order food at the kitchen and then it’s brought out to you. There is a herb garden and herbs are picked fresh for the order. Comfortable, but contemporary feel. Quality of ingredients and cooking excellent. As well as a full menu there are daily specials. They cater for gluten free needs as well as specialising as a vegetarian/vegan restaurant.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat and coffee with my mother. Lovely cafe (specialising in vegetarian/vegan). I ordered the 'Belt and Braces' sandwich which was delicious and my mother opted for the egg mayo, which was equally as delicious so I am told! The staff gave our pup a treat and we were able to buy some doggy ice cream as a treat for our pup too. Sat outdoors in the sunshine and the cafe has a lovely atmosphere! Staff were lovely and attentive. We will be back again soon!

Didn’t have high hopes as it is not visually impressive from outside. We decided to give it a go and it was exactly what we wanted. We were stopping on way to Torquay and just wanted a snack and a drink. Surprised that it is predominantly vegetarian or vegan so I a sausage sandwich (vg) and wife had egg mayo sandwich. I’m a meat eater and to my surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed it. We have decided that this is now our midpoint stop. The toilet is novel and clean

On way to Padstow needs must for a coffee and a break, lovely quirky place. Walk through a little antique / bric a brac shop to the undercover outdoor cafe. Didn’t know was mainly vegan/ vegetarian but food was excellent. Great coffee, all fresh produce did make one mistake I settled for a sandwich which was great really fresh egg mayonnaise on lovely bread. Should have had the bubble and squeak topped with two fried eggs looked amazing. Lovely well worth a visit.

Such a delightfully quirky and unique little spot, with treasures everywhere you look! We came for breakfast and the quality of food (we had 2 vegan sausage sandwiches) was so wholesome and it was so refreshing for it all to be veggie and vegan. 100% recommend this adorable little cafe to anyone visiting the area, especially if you also love plants, gardening and vintage treasure troves 👌

I've popped in here before to buy plants from their small but interesting selection and have always meant to sit down and eat. Well this weekend I did with my sisters and the old man. What a fantastic spread was knocked up for us, bubble and squeak for my sisters, gorgeous lemony peas for me and for the old man, a committed carnivore, the huge veggie breakfast. Oh boy it was good and to see my old dad wolf down his veggie breakfast...wonders never cease ! Highly recommended, such a lovely atmosphere to the place and the young servers were so polite and attentive. Go for the plants and stay for the superb food and lovely setting.

Stopped here on way through Dorset, needed a light lunch. Didn't realise that it was vegan, but we could have found something on the menu. Unfortunately, we sat down and then were completely ignored by staff. The cafe was not that busy,

Just rediscovered this place. Definitely my current fave cafe in the whole area. Simple, interesting little place, with always something to look at in the garden centre. Love it.
