We are a fully licenced cafe in Mortehoe. We specialise in home made goods especially cake all made from scratch, sweet and some savoury options, great artisan coffee and speciality teas. We also do an amazing high tea which is only available by reservation. We offer a full lunch menu with GF, Vegan and vegetarian options. Our evenings (see our hours), specialise in European food with homemade stone cooked pizzas and fresh tapas style dishes and occasional fresh fish specials. We also serve cocktails, along side our extensive gin selection and a fully stoked bar. Follow us on Facebook or instagram to catch our fun events we host.

Went with friends and their daughter for dinner as someone we knew from our local pub had just started working there. Had tapas to share between us as a starter and could have had loads more of it as a main as was so tasty...More
We are lucky enough to visit North Devon regularly and this is our favourite place to eat. Be it brunch, lunch, something sweet or at their regular ‘pop up’ evenings, we always enjoy what we’ve had (and possibly a cheeky gin and tonic too).
This cafe was recommended to us in Hertfordshire for when we went to Croyde for our Easter hols so when in the local area we made sure to visit. Family of 6 for lunch and was worth the trip, definitely wasn't disappointed, lunch food, coffees...More

We visited twice in April 2019.
The first visit we had the mini cream tea and a lively chat with the gentleman serving about whether it was jam or cream first. The scones were very good and the tea plentiful. The second tome we visited,...More

What a lovely place. We had gorgeous food from a small menu with great service and wonderful comfy sofas to relax in. Definitely the best quiche I’ve ever had and a great selection of cakes for afters.
We walked from Woolacombe, which, for seasoned walkers would no doubt be easy! However for those of us who only walk from the front door to the car most days it was a bit of an effort! What a wonderful surprise to be rewarded with...More

I think this is a lovely place to eat. It comes down to personal preference. If your children are of the I only eat burger and chips then this is not the place for you. Whilst I can't remember all the menu options if you all enjoy a proper café then this is worth a visit. Would they enjoy the sandwiches shown on the photo's section as this gives you an idea of the sort of food served? Drinks and cake delightful.
