Absolutely lovely cream tea. The scones were still warm they were so fresh, served with the cream and jam. The best coffee I'd had all week too. The tea was good too, not watery. Our daughter had a flapjack which was a huge portion. The girl who served us was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We went to this tea room as it was recommended as very good for it's cream tea's, so that's what we had.The tea was good but the scones were the worst we had ever had, they were doughy and really not very good.

Stopped for a cream tea. The best we've tasted in years,if not the best. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, fetching extra chairs for us. We really couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Came here whilst cycling the high moor link. Delicious cream tea (even did gluten free!), lovely staff, sweet garden. Perfect place for a relax.

Visited the shop and tearoom today. Had a lovely breakfast made from quality produce. Great service as always. Simon goes out of his way to make you feel welcome, and he's a great chef! Definitely be back.......I can recommend this tearoom to anyone.

Excellent, friendly service and super cream teas, hidden gem, well worth the effort in finding it, would come again. In answer to a previous comment you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

We found this little gem thanks to Geocaching. After a visit to Holne Church to find a Geocache, I noticed, from the car park, a sign for the Village shop and Tea Room, and thought a Cream Tea would be a great idea. Well, as we walked through the door, and with the entrance to the shop beside us, we... More
