We come to The Prince William when visiting Torbay from the Midlands every summer, sometimes more than once, and we have never been disappointed - well maybe once when they ran out of mussels! We come specifically for Brixham mussels which at this pub are absolutely superb. We did try them elsewhere and will never do so again. Only The... More

Stopped off at this pub on a day trip to Brixham (as we have for the last 4 years) whilst holidaying in Dawlish. Spent the afternoon sat outside pub watching the children crabbing in the harbour. Pub has gone thru a much needed refurb and now looks very stylish and modern. Staff very friendly and not worried by half naked... More

Me and my family have been coming here for a few years and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The pub has a nice atmosphere and a wide range of drinks. Would recommend this pub to anyone in torbay or visiting. Also started to welcoming dogs in certain areas of the pub... More

Good place to eat and drink, always busy with good atmosphere, best mussels I've had in Brixham ! Beer was good as well, if the sun is shining it's the best place in town for a beer!

We went for the Sunday carvery lunch; this having been our third meal there. The first had been an evening meal upon which the views were mixed, the second had also been a good evening meal (steaks etc). This one though was rather disappointing. There was plenty of meat served and it was well-cooked and tasty. Two things particularly let... More

Although I think this pub is lovely, I think the service by front of house is lacking. We had no check backs and the bar tender looked horrified when I asked for a glass of water for my daughter. We had a carvery, which wasn't that nice to be honest, I've been to better places for less money. The gravy... More

We stopped in here for a carvery after seeing the carvery after my last review but could not leave a review in the same month due to trip advisor rules, so when we visited last, the place was great apart from a bar man a smile means the world!! Anyway the food smelt great at the time and when we... More

A popular spot each time I've been here due to a sun trap location on the marina walkway and reasonable prices\decent selection of food inc a carvery that is only £8.99 as at today's prices! Good choice for families and dog friendly outside. They do have a warning sign that says they charge you 20p for toilet stops if you're... More
