Went here with a group of 6 friends and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.Plenty of options on the menu and the food was good quality. Three areas for improvement: - although the service was ok the front of house person could have been a bit more welcoming - if you order pate as a starter beware they brought us... More

Recently had a lovely lunch at this restaurant. It was during the week so not very busy. The food was very good and we all enjoyed. The waitress could learn how to smile though!

Had my 60th birthday here nothing was too much trouble, the quality of the food was 10 out of 10. There were 41 of us and my family are still raving about the food, and will definitely be returning.

Lunchtime menu was very nice. Food freshly prepared and delicious. The service was slow and somewhat dull.

Went for a tennerfest meal, lovely food, they managed to fit us in for an early meal but did not feel rushed in any way.

We had to search for this restaurant but glad we did. The food was excellent and even though the restaurant was full we did not have to wait long to be served. There was a good choice on the tennerfest menu and it was excellent in both taste and value. Wished we lived closer so we could visit often. Like... More

One of the very best Tennerfest restaurants on the island. Great food, good portions, and immaculately presented. The restaurant has a touch of class about it, with linen table cloths and napkins, and immaculate service. Paddy, the owner, made a point of speaking with us at the end, which added to the feeling of friendliness. This restaurant serves high quality... More

Well cooked and prepared meals by the patron-chef and his small brigade. The restaurant participated in the Tennerfest month, so the menu was "affordable". The A la carte menu looked tempting but a little out of our price-range unfortunately. The service was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive, even with all the tables occupied. It was a pleasure to meet... More

Stumbled upon this little restaurant purely by accident and what a little gem. Beautifully cooked to order and so very reasonable. Our holiday was nearly over when we discovered this little gem, however when we return to the island we will return many times.

A warm Guernsey welcome awaits you at the Old Quarter Restaurant from Paddy, Dana and the staff. This is honest, no nonsense food with a slight Irish slant as you would only expect from Paddy's home roots. The Restaurant prides itself on using as much locally sourced ingredients as possible; fresh from the land and the sea the taste of Guernsey comes out in every dish. Paddy and the team are keen to show off the best of what Guernsey has on offer each season and the menu changes to reflect this. Our cosy restaurant caters for parties up to fifty people, so whether its a business meeting over lunch or an intimate dinner for two we will always do everything to meet your expectations. We are also very flexible with our menus and happy to adapt to your needs where possible. You will find us at the centre of the Old Quarter among a mixture of antique dealers, art gallery's, craft shops, fashion boutiques and unique privately run shops of all types and descriptions. With its narrow cobbled streets it really is like going back in time to what most of the town of St Peter Port once looked like, but with a modern twist of quaint little shops. Any stroll around town is not complete without a trip up Mill and Mansell Street, why not cap it off with a light lunch or and early evening meal.
