Lovely cafe with a nice view. We had the chef's special crab sandwich and roasted vegetables with humus sandwich with gluten free bread.
The staff were lovely and as soon as we sat down they asked if we wanted some water for our dogs.
We enjoyed it so much that we went back for tea and cake. Carrot cake for my hubby and gluten free orange cake with chocolate topping.
Will come again.

Fantastic little tea room on the coast.
We had home made sausage rolls, which were so tasty, and not at all greasy. Wonderful victoria sponge and a plum, cinnamon and almond gluten free cake. Both light and tasty.
The highlight was the best coffee we've had in 3 days on the island - the barista knows his stuff, and I speak as a barista myself!
Very covid aware as well

We were walking past this café and felt in need of refreshment as well as a "visit".
When we walked inside to find such a great array of cakes and other eats we stayed longer than intended. We ordered milk shakes and Gâche to eat in the fron garden at comfy tables

What can i say, everything is homemade by Cam and Pham. The Gluten Free cakes are delicious and so moist, my favourite being the 'Jaffa cake' as i call it, tangerine cake with chocolate on top . My husband loves the Sausages Rolls. I would go more often but the waist line says no!

We love Cobo Tea Room and are repeat customers here.
They serve cakes aplenty, scones and lots of hot food lunch options too. Their cakes are excellent, yes a slice costs around £5, but the portions are generous and the cakes are so fresh and made with quality ingredients.
Drinks are good, decent pot of tea with extra hot water and nice coffee too - much better than a lot of places.
Was particularly impressed by the roast vegetable chef’s special (vegan option) baguette which I opted for as a sandwich (same price as the baguette as same quantity of filling used). Well filled with a lovely variety of fresh veg - roasted and served warm in seeded bread. Served with a nice mixed salad on the side and coleslaw too if you wish (not vegan). The prawn Marie Rose sandwich was also great - again, sandwiches here are always well filled.
Very friendly service, sometimes there may be a short wait at the counter as it’s so popular, but it’s worth the wait! Tables can be booked in advance, so worth thinking about if you know you want to stop here. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Another fantastic visit to Cobo Tearoom, who have changed hands since we last visited. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Loads on offer and a great variety. Veggie, vegan and gluten free options across the menu, both savoury and sweet. We went for the coffee & walnut cake and Cobo Crunch (chocolate tiffin). Sorry, no photos of those as they were gone so quick! Biggest slices of cake we’ve had on the island and really yummy. The tea and coffee were great too.
They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and if you’re coming by bike, they’ve got a stand outside for them. Dogs welcome too (not sure about inside).
So lovely to return, thanks to the team who make it a great place to visit 😊

What a great find while on a walk along the coast. The tearoom does not look anything much from the outside (maybe some bunting would help) Once inside the busy tearoom we were faced with a mouthwatering array of lovely cakes and scones etc. to choose from. My Guernsey cream tea was delicious; the freshest lightest scone served with butter, cream and homemade strawberry jam with a generous pot of tea too. Very friendly staff and service. Highly recommend.

Probably the best scones we have ever had ! Light , warm and served with a delicious homemade jam and wonderful guernsey cream .. absolutely first class and very good velue for money. It was a gusty day when we visited but the tearoom was very busy and we found a table in the front garden looking over cobo bay which we thoroughly enjoyed despite the gusts!

Visited for a quick tea break. It was so good we came back twice more, once through driving rain and a howling gale! This place is brilliant. Lovely views, brilliant team, and outstanding food. We wanted to sample the local food, and the Guernsey gauche and Beanjar stew are to die for. A memorable place.

We found this place by chance while we were staying in Guernsey. It is a charming old fashioned tea room serving home made cakes and egg sandwiches etc. There is a good selection of vegan cakes that actually taste nice which is rare in my experience. We ended up going here three times we enjoyed so much.

Hi Georgieebird, I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed your few visits to us during your time in Guernsey. We make several dairy free and vegan cakes and try to make them as tasty as possible so that all customers can enjoy them, not only those with dietary requirements. We really appreciate your review and I’ll share your comments with my husband and our lovely team. Thank you and hope to see you again.

A low key exterior conceals a wonderful tea room. Freshly prepared food including delicious Guernsey Bean Jar (try it!) and an amazing range of home made cakes. Visited twice in five days but should have gone every day!

We stumbled across this old fashioned tearoom. There was a great selection of cakes including about 6 that were vegan or gluten free (don’t worry, there were lots of others that were with dairy & gluten too). Reasonably priced for pot of nice tea and an enormous slice of chocolate cake. Would visit again!

Oh, what a crab sandwich, what scones! The cake baked in English style, soft and juicy. When we arrived and started eating the sandwiches, the lemon meringue cake was still completely in the display case. But when we went to the cake, we were lucky enough to get the last piece, tried it and then knew: No wonder!!!

Beautifully located overlooking the bay. Lots of choice including vegan and gluten free options. Portions were very generous, we had chocolate heaven and carrot cake and both exceeded expectations. Staff were very attentive and prompt.
