First time dining on the terrace, most delightful. Excellent service, knowledgeable wine waiter. Food delicious - oysters to start, followed by rack of lamb with beans ragout delicious and pink, and a surf and turf steak with lobster. Would have preferred the lobster warm - but perfect otherwise. No room for dessert. And a cracking sunset to boot! Heaven.

Excellent cuisine, good menu choices to suit all pallets. Front of house staff supported by a congenial Maitre'd made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Our thanks go to all who made our stay an experience to remember. The Chateau Brillant brilliant

We ate breakfast at this lovely restaurant facing Cobo Bay every day for four days and had one outstanding dinner because we were staying at this lovely hotel. Service was attentive, professional and friendly. I was eager to sample the famous Guernsey seafood and was not disappointing. The Oysters were briny, sweet, cold and fresh. My husbands lamb was tender... More

After watching s glorious sunset over Cobo bay we strolled into the relaxed atmosphere of a Sunday night at the Cobo Bay hotel restaurant. We booked a window table which was spacious and comfortable. The service was really friendly and very dedicated, some of the best we've experienced in a long time! Great Turbot with Red Peppercorns, that goes very... More

I used the beach bar and the restaurant. The service at both was excellent and my partner and I were well looked after. The location is excellent, overlooking Cobo Bay. The outside terrace is really lovely, and created a relaxed atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was of a good quality, and we both enjoyed our meals.

Four of us for dinner on a Sunday evening - the weather was inclement and the staff had moved our reservation indoors, as originally we had asked to sit outside facing the beach. The fact that they moved us to a table next to windows with a marvelous view was notably thoughtful. We began in the very comfortable and quiet... More

Attention to detail, friendly yet professional service, fresh local produce and panoramic seaviews make dining at the Cobo Bay Hotel a very special occasion. Our stylish restaurant continually wins recognition for the quality its of food and service, including two AA rosettes for culinary excellence, a feat achieved by very few restaurants in Guernsey. Our a la carte menu is available for both lunch and dinner inside & out on The Beach Terrace, specialising in fresh Guernsey seafood and shellfish caught within the bay itself, as well as the finest cuts of meat. Open daily from 10am to 10pm season and weather permitting, The Beach Terrace offers al fresco dining with the finest views that Guernsey has to offer, making it the perfect place to enjoy a warm afternoon or long summer evening watching the sun set on the horizon. With a secluded outdoor bar area, afternoon light bites and home made cakes, this really is Guernsey at its very best.
